Since all bookings are made via third-party platforms:

We do not process, approve, or issue refunds directly.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, our ticketing partners will notify you and process refunds or transfers as per their guidelines.
The organizers are not responsible for payment timelines or methods, as these are managed by the ticketing partners.
Refunds are generally not provided in cases of:
No-shows or late arrivals.
Being denied entry due to violation of age restrictions (18+ event).
Removal from the venue due to inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
