At Delhi Comedy Carnival, we want all our guests to have a smooth booking experience for a night full of laughter. However, please note that we do not sell tickets directly through our website. All ticket sales, returns, and refunds are handled exclusively by our authorized ticketing partners:

  • Distrct by Zomato


1. No Direct Sales

  • Our website is for event information purposes only.

  • All ticket purchases must be made through the official ticketing partner platforms.


2. Refunds & Cancellations

Since all bookings are made via third-party platforms:

  • Refunds, cancellations, or ticket transfers are subject to the respective policies of BookMyShow and Distrct by Zomato.

  • We do not process, approve, or issue refunds directly.

  • Please check the refund terms on your chosen ticketing partner’s website before purchase.


3. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, our ticketing partners will notify you and process refunds or transfers as per their guidelines.

  • The organizers are not responsible for payment timelines or methods, as these are managed by the ticketing partners.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in cases of:

  • No-shows or late arrivals.

  • Being denied entry due to violation of age restrictions (18+ event).

  • Removal from the venue due to inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
